Terms of service

By confirming a booking through Pamzi Luxury Safaris, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. Full balance must be paid no later than 90 days prior to arrival.
• Guests are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance.
• All on-site services are carried out by Pamzi Safaris Kenya, a licensed local safari operator.
• Clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of wilderness travel.
• Pamzi Luxury Safaris and Pamzi Safaris Kenya reserve the right to adjust pricing in response to government taxes, supplier costs, or currency fluctuations.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Unite States, Canada, and Africa.
