Refund Policy

Pamzi Luxury Safaris is committed to delivering exceptional service and curated experiences. If you need to cancel your booking, please submit your request in writing to our team.

Refund Schedule:

• Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure: 60% refund
• Cancellations made between 89 and 60 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 60 days before departure or no-shows: Non-refundable

All applicable refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 21 business days. Some properties and exclusive experiences may carry additional cancellation fees or be entirely non-refundable. These details will be specified in your itinerary where applicable.
