Cancellation policy

Purchase Options

All safari packages must be booked through our secure checkout, processed via Shopify and Stripe. We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported)
  • Custom invoicing available for group bookings upon request

Payment Plans may be arranged by request and are subject to written approval.

All payments are encrypted and PCI-compliant. Your payment information is never stored or shared by Pamzi Luxury Safaris.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@pamziluxurysafaris.com.

Refunds are granted according to the following schedule:

  • More than 90 days before departure: 70% refund
  • 89–60 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 60 days or in case of no-show: Non-refundable

Refunds will be processed within 21 business days. Any cancellation penalties for third-party lodges or flight partners will be communicated clearly in advance.

For emergencies or to reschedule your trip, contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible.
